Automatic Rebar Thread Cutting Technology

Automatic Rebar Thread Cutting Technology is the new technology to make thread on upsetted rebar end, which is easy to operate, and with high thread quality and performance.

After connect the wire of machine to power supply each time, must check whether the wire connection is right.

Rotate switch “Manual/Automatism” to “Manual” position

Open the door of gear box in the rear, loosen the 16mm nut on reverse link (crescent shaped plate), and then heighten the reverse link in order that gears separate. Then tighten 16mm nut to make sure reverse link does not slip.

Pls kindly note that it is very very important to separate the gears, if not separate, when wire connection is wrong, machine head will return to break rear parts.

Put left hand on the button “Mainframe Stop”, right hand on the button “Mainframe Pro-running”. Press button “Mainframe Pro-running” firstly, check whether machine head rotates anticlockwise (face machine head), and then press button “Mainframe Stop”.

Pls note that it is very very important, if rotation direction is clockwise, it shows the wire connection is reverse, must change wire connection at once.
